I ordered the following: Brown rice, black beans, veggies, salsa, guacamole, cheese, lettuce, sour cream in a bowl. I got terrible food poisoning. swollen abdomen, terrible pain fever chills. Never eating from Chipotle again!!!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
