After I eat there I started getting diarrhea I was by myself. Tuesday 9-15-2020 around 6pm About a couple hours later. Something seemed off . Around 4am Wednesday morning diarrhea set in and has not stopped !!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I only had a large Sugar free vanilla ice coffee & 2 sausage egg & cheese mcmuffins. Literally ate it at 9:00 a.m. & was in the bathroom less than 15 minutes later with explosive diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Only thing I ate different was the gluten free bun.   I had stomach pain within minutes of eating it  Ate a single cheddar burger so it was either the cheese or GF bun.  My daughter ate a plain burger and was fine  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
