Garlic burger, Ordered food to go from restaurant. 1 person got sick. Nausea about 5 or 6 hours after eating. Vomiting shortly after. Diarehha started about an hour after that. Lasted 6 hours before able to fall asleep. Symptoms resumed upon waking.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea

Visited steak and shake on 11/20/18 ad today, 11/23/18 my symptoms have worsened since last last night. I researched to see what kind of lettuce is used the the fried chicken salad, which is what I ate at steak and shake, to find out that iceberg and romaine lettuces are used.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

better and decided to eat the salad, mind you I didn’t realize it was the chicken that made me feel bad I just thought I was suffering from exhaustion, and a few hours later I again found myself in a cold sweat with severe stomach pains and unable to move without feeling as though I’d vomit.
