I went and got a grilled cheese from my local Cafe. I thought I'd get chicken noodles for my next day lunch. Two bites into the chicken and noodles I felt it didn't taste well. 20 mins later sick to my stomach. I feel as he heated up bad creamed chicken and noodles. Kids grilled cheese was fine.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Food from Teds Coney Island, 2 people, same order. It was ordered by grub hub. Food was extremely cold which we had to reheat. Cole slaw and sodas were warm like placed in front of a heater. Both of us were sick after a couple of hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea
