White rice, pinto beans, carnitas, hot salsa, corn salsa, sour crm, cheese. An hour or so later, i started getting chills and dizziness. Then all evening and early morning, ive been in and out of the bathroom. Only meal i ate yesterday and i havent eaten since.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Dizziness, Chills
