Ate cheese,sausage,pepperoni pizza from little cesears on dixie hwy and got sick my husband me and our kids got sick we were having watery diarrhea, vomitting and having chills and fever and his best friend also got sick from there the same night .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills

Ate there Friday 3-18-16 afternoon. Place was a disgrace. Boxes all over the floor. Tomatoes were sitting by the microwave. Nothing was fresh. I haven't ate since. Symptoms started 4ish hrs after eating my sweet onion chicken teriyaki. I used to eat there once a week. Not anymore  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I ate chili yesterday at 5pm. During the night, I got gas pains and by the next day, I've got severe diarrhea. I'm not 100% sure it was the chili since I ate food later this night at home. But the food I ate at home was also consumed by my family and none of them are sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas

I had their Sunday 2 piece fried chicken, side beans, side greens, carrots and piece corn bread, water.
