Went to this location on April 4th and ordered the Avocado & Roasted Pepper Bowl with coconut lemon sauce added to it. 30mins to an hour later I was having bad diarrhoea, nausea, and abdominal cramping which is still persisting even 3 days later. Had half chicken , dipped in Peri-Peri sauce. here at Arundel Mills Maryland yesterday afternoon. Having diarrhea today, Ate half the chicken for lunch and the other half for dinner. Did not have anything else that could cause me to be sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
