I had a veggie burrito bowl (brown rice, black beans, lettuce, cheese and mild salsa) with chips. I was violently ill the next day, including bloody diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting

I got a salad last night with lettuce, black beans, chicken, all of the salsas, sour cream, cheese and guacamole. I ate with 2 other people but neither got any lettuce. Ate around 715pm. Within an hour I had diarrhea, severe stomach cramps, and nausea. Started vomiting… See more

My daughter had the white chicken chili on 2/21/2016 and within 4 hours she was vomiting, had diarrhea, chills, and a fever that lasted well into 3 days. A college student, she had to miss classes because of this.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
