Had chicken quesadilla with some chips, guacamole and salsa. The guac didn’t taste right so threw out most of that along with chips and salsa. Something felt off. Nausea about 4 hours later.  | Symptoms: Nausea

I had ordered a salad at 1:30 for pickup. It wasn’t until an hour after eating it that I started to have severe stomach pain and diarrhea. On 8/28/ 2021 around 9 pm two separate people ate a "chicken pita sandwich " there and ended up throwing up /vomiting within 3 hours. Vendor needs to be tested/inspected asap.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
