I ate at this Wendy’s on 7/9/2018 at approximately 12:30. I had the #10 meal (chicken nuggets and fries) about 2 hours later I had extreme stomach pain, chills, and nausea which eventually led to violent vomiting. On 8/6, I ordered a Barbacoa Burrito Bowl with extra meat at lunch. At 5 am the next day I woke up and began throwing up. I vomitted about 6-7 times and then had a fever/nausea for most of the day, followed by diarrhea which is still persisting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ordered around 3, got a 6" turkey breast on white bread with mayo, pickles, shredded cheese, onion and tomato along with a fountain Diet Coke. Dizziness and disorientation started after 1 hour or so, and then extreme fatigue, nausea, and upset stomach. Stomach cramping has only worsened overnight.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps, Dizziness, Fatigue

Fri 7/27/18, as we were checking out, the owner stated that the power had been out for "a few hours," but then backtracked and said it was only for a few minutes. We should not have taken the food, but we did and we ate it and we were sick the entire weekend.
