I got the chicken quesadilla with a side of hot sauce. I started getting a stomach ache after 30 minutes of finishing the food. I then had diarrhea and struggled to drive home and walk to my front door.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Ate Chiken tenders and #6. Now down with cramps and D after about 4 hours. That was my first meal of the day and have been drinking water. Uhhh!! Must have been the lettuce/tomatoes. It rained for two days. I hope Wendy's monitors this.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

My roommate ate the Shrimp and Parmesan Sirloin, then became violently ill just a few hours later. He had to be taken to the hospital via ambulance the next morning. When I approached the management about this they were very indifferent about the whole ordeal.
