Felt fine all day. Had a chicken bacon ranch melt with lettuce, onion, tomato, mayo, ranch, salt, and pepper. Approximately 2 hours after eating I began to feel nauseated and weak. Was hungry but no food or beverage tasted appetizing enough to eat. Wound up vomiting violently…
