Ate medium rare steak, mashed potatoes & Caesar salad. Steak seamed a bit rarer than it should be, though the salad could have been the problem, if hands weren't washed enough. After a few hours, I had a lot of bloating and gas, which was later followed by vomiting and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas, Bloating
