Stopped in on dec 29th around 1pm and had buffet .. ate some fried rice , salad,baby shrimp and fried fish.. felt ok til about 2:30 pm today the 30th and started getting diarrhea , vomiting , body aches real bad .. food was good but I did think the fish was raw inside after I ate some ..  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

At 6:30pm 12/27/17 Matt Poxon purchased hot dog at Sam's Club. He became ill at 11:00pm. Vomiting & diahrea. At emergency room at 6am 12/28/16. After CT scan, IV, and xray, released at 11am.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Daughter ate veggie tacos with cheese and sour cream. She was only one who had veggies and sour cream. No symptoms previously until eating here. Stomach is very upset and she is nauseous just waiting to vomit.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea
