We order 3orders of tacos 2 sausage breakfast Jack's a ur bacon cheeseburger and he jumbo Jack about a HR later was very flushed an felt sick to my stomach went to restroom and had diarrhea and vomiting it is so messed up even my husband and 2yr old daughter got sick SMH! The sour cream smelled weird. I already have a highly susceptible immune system from childhood salmonella. I was dumb and ate the sour cream on my burrito. Next day I’ve had vomiting, nausea, diarrhea and a fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

My brother and I went there for lunch, Fri, 21 June 2019. I saw no one wearing hair nets or gloves, and the cafe smelt of sewage. Turkey, beef... bro puked right away, I held it until I got home.
