No med seems to help at all :( Nothing else I ate/drank within the past 24 hours could have caused it as I only ate preserved foods e.g. soup from a can.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps, Lightheaded, Vomiting

I got a double Chalupa box, one came with beef and the other was chicken. That was late April 1st. I woke up the next day. Sunday, April 2nd with a sore stomach.
