Ordered take out. Got 3 rolls. Husband ate 2 of them from one package I had the cucumber roll from the app menu. About 1.5 hours later started feeling nauseous. I have been vomiting for 11 hours now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Went to whole food on 8/12/18 after church and bought a slice of pizza , mix fruit and ate it . After consuming it about 4 to 5 hours later got sick diarrhea,nauseous,headache and etc. stayed that way for about 4days. Did not go to see Doctor, but which I had , was awful experience.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache

My wife got sick after eating a veggie bowl. Her symptoms were vomiting, chills, loss of appetite. I had a bowl also and was fine. The ingredients in her bowl which were different than mine were: pinto beans, spicy salsa and onions/peppers. One of these 3 ingredients caused her food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Chills, Loss of Appetite
