I ordered a Nacho Bellgrande from the Taco Bell in Garner, NC on Highway 70 and hours later I felt horrible. Weak, nausea, felt like I had to vomit. The next morning I had diarrhea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
