On May 17th at 12 noon I ate a grilled chicken southwest salad and vegetable soup and got extremely sick a hour later. I believe I had food poisoning or maybe even E coli. Pork Dumplings + Sesame beef Was sick within several hours of eating. That was my only meal that day. I was the only one who got sick however it became so severe I had to go to the local emergency care center.

My friends and I ordered it and one person didn't feel well the next day. I ate mine with the queso dipping sauce today and began to feel unwell after finishing it.
