The waitress did not listen at all I asked for her to have a condiment put on the side and it was all over the burger. Woke up around 3am having horrible stomach cramps and threw up later that day with diarrhea and a was burning a fever as well .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Was planning to eat in park, but sandwich was cold - took it homeland heated in microwave around 12:25. By six, stomach felt funny, by 11:30 explosive diarrhea and painful cramps, cold chills, dizzy. Lasted forever - until 9 am. Effects still two days later. I think… See more

I got a Mcdouble and 2 Mcchickens. The lettuce looked brown but I didn't realize it until I had eaten half of the sandwich. Now I have extreme cramps and I've been vomiting. My whole body had chills and it's made me extremely weak. I wouldn't want anyone to go through this. Stay away!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness, Chills
