Only ordered the sandwich, nothing else. Fine on day I ate there, nausea next morning, vomiting and diarrhea next 48 hours. Doc ordered nausea meds. Ate Safeway’s ground beef and whole family ended up with severe nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, chills, muscle aches and weakness within 24-48 hrs after consuming. We stopped at Burger King right off i5 on our way to the coast around 4pm. All 3 of my children ordered chicken nuggets. My son ate the most. About 3 hours later he started throwing up.
