Ordered a chicken Genoa sandwich and chicken avocado flatbread last night. Woke up at 3 AM with terrible stomach pain, which led to diarrhea, and later terrible vomiting. Over the course of the night I vomited 4 times and had diarrhea 5 times, with both happening at the same time for a few episodes.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Last saturday Spaghetti pasta noodles I saw the spaghetti pasta noodles were stored in a big pot, unrefrigerated. They were extremely dry (not hard) and they crumbled in my mouth.  There was also a cockroach crawling on another plate with our food on it. I’ve been ill since Sunday morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
