5/18/23 at 4pm, came to dine with a coworker. Ate a ham and pineapple slice, a pepperoni slice and salad. Since, I've had diarrhea, gaseous burping non stop, and have also vomited. Ate nothing else since because of nausea. It is now the morning of the 20th.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas, Burping

My steak tasted funny and I didn’t finish it. It was really grainy and tasted like dog food. I ended up with severe stomach pains that night with diarrhea and then nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea the next day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Two times I ate a skippy crunchy peanut butter toast and about 3 hours later I started cramping up and then all evening diarrhea with cramping.  I keep this in the refrigerator to keep it better but even my dogs don’t like it when I have to give them pill, Read above.🤬 I explained it all above.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
