I ate the korean chicken nuggets from there. The next day I felt extreme pain and dizziness and vomiting. I had to call 911 and I was diagnosed with septis and almost went into septic shock. Sudden onset nausea and vomiting on drive home. Consistent with S Aureus in my opinion.
Only person from group with symptoms and only one who ordered dish with shredded
Dish: chicken chimichanga type dish with cheese sauce and rice.
Very fast symptoms. Probably S Aureus. Only person who had  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever
