Ate apple fritter and drank cup of coffee. Within 2 hours, severe stomach pain, diarrhea, vomiting, headache, chills. Ended up at urgent care within 8 hours for dehydration and abdominal pain. Took 2 days to recover  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain

Went to Chipotle on Saturday, July 15th. Ate a chicken/steak burrito bowl. That evening I started vomiting and vomited all night and on Sunday morning. Went to hospital and they gave me IV fluids for my severe dehydration and morphine for pain. Prescribed meds for me to take at home.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration

I ate at the Chipotle sterling location on Friday 7/14/2017. I was sick all day Saturday and through Sunday with severe vomiting, nausea and stomach discomfort.
