Yesterday evening ate Meximelt from tacobell, got home with ongoing hirrabke stomach pains folowed my nausea fatigue and Extrrem diariah, horrible pain in by anus as well. Still sick this morning, am calling my local taco bell asap and going to Dr if not better by tomorrow morning!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
