I got a turkey guacamole tomato basil wrap with lettuce tomato mayonnaise. 1/2 hour after buying it started with severe stomach craps and then diarrhea. 4 hours later I had to leave work. This was at the subway in Walmart.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I only ate one piece; it was a specialty order. My first slice seemed doughy and when I reached the crust, found pieces of cheese that hadn't even melted. Was very very undercooked. Had explosive diahrrea multiple times, chills, and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills

Ate the meatball DaVinci and within a half a hour the symptoms started. Headache, stomach cramps and nausea hours led to diarrhea all night which lead to more cramping and pain and the diarrhea turn bloody for days.
