I ate from panera bread on 9/30/2016 @ approximate 330pm. Started with diarrhea at 530 am on 10/1/16 followed by vomiting, fever constantly for 7 hrs which time went to urgent care blood pressure had dropped to 80/60, bun 32. Which time they started me on IV fluids.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

On 10/1 at approc 1.40 pm, ordered foot long ham sub on honey oat bread. Added spinch, lettuce, tomato, pickles, olives, mayo and tzaziki sauce. At 9 pm began throwing up with stomach cramps then by 10 pm had diarrhea, vomiting and fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps

I had subway last night about 7 PM and by 10PM I was running to the bathroom with severe abdominal pain and diarrhea. It's been going on for 12 hours now.
