Went to chipotle on May 3rd.got a chicken burrito. About 6 hours later became extremely nauseous and began vomiting. I am still sick and vomiting. Last Tuesday (04/23/2019) I had a chicken burrito with brown rice. Within 30min my stomach started gurgling. One hour later I was having diarrhea which lasted through the whole night. It was accompanied with a severe fever. It lasted 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
