Burrito bowl with brown rice, chicken , chorizo, tomatoes, corn, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. Within hours I had vomiting and diarrhea. I went to urgent care and was diagnosed with gastrointeritis and severe dehydration. The next day I was admitted to the ER for severe dehydration.… See more

I ordered from this location around 1:30 and got home about 10 mins later. I ate 3 tacos one chicken, a pork, and a chorizo. Within twenty mins I was on the toilet with diarrhea, sweats, and sharp stomach pains. I am still on the toilet almost 3 hours later!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Sweating, Stomach Pain
