I had chow mein and fried rice with orange chicken, almond chicken, and cream cheese rangoons. I ate it around 3pm (9/7) and about an hour later I started to feel nauseas and got a headache. I went to bed and at 11:30pm (9/7) I began vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

I ordered a plate including chow mein, fried rice, teriyaki chicken and the walnut shrimp. Within 15 minutes of eating I had terrible stomach pain along with nausea. My daughter had the teriyaki chicken and orange chick/en with chow mein on the afternoon of 8/29/2021 about 2-3 hours after that she began having terrible stomach cramps, then began throwing up and having bloody diarrhea.
