I had a bowl with chow mein noodles and beef broccoli, started feeling nauseated about an hour after. Tried sleeping it off after about an hour of sleeping I ended up throwing up about 5 times. Along with diarrhea..  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Had the chicken chow mein, an hour and a half after eating it I had to run to the bathroom. Vomiting and diarrhea lasted all night and into the morning. Nobody else who cared for me got sick so it was definitely food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
