Sunday night I had five guys a burger with mushrooms lettuce tomatoes onions ketchup and cheese and woke up the next day with stomach pain nausea. I later got the chills abd have used the bathroom over 50 times in 3 days and have not left my bed. Never eating there again  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
