went to the drive thru ordered burger with cheese lettuce tomato mayo small fry diet coke went back to work ate my lunch about an hour later was so sick throwing up went to the emergency room had to have an iv was really dehydrated wendys didn't care pretty much said oh well  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Bacon cheeseburger with onions and mushrooms, mayo and A1. Approximately 12 hours later, classic symptoms of diarrhea starts, followed by vomiting every hour for 8 hours. Severe headache and flank pain (not muscle-abdominal, though that was present too from all the vomit) persist for about 36 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache
