Subway sandwich, Had a meatball sub for lunch on 3/12/19 next morning it started, I woke up with a severe body ache and the diarrhea started, and lasted for 4 days. Couldn't keep anything inside for the 3 days after, lost 5lbs, headache entire time.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Body Ache
