I ordered a Peppermint Mocha from the in-store location. Within three hours after consumption, I had a sudden onset of horrible stomach cramps, diarrhea, nausea, headache and extreme dizziness. It should be noted that prior to consuming the beverage, I had eaten lunch two hours prior with no issues.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache, Dizziness

Yesterday, Food from there. We were on the way to mount Buller. Stopped at the station where there was petrol . KFC and Oliver’s in the same place. I orders egg and bacon with hash brown and a mocha. After 30-  45 minutes I started getting dizzy and after an hour started vomiting  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Headache, Dizziness
