Not sure but maybe broccoli or mushroom - food poisoning  Mom had breakfast, eggs, mushrooms, and used frozen spinach. Today she woke vomiting, nausea, headache, diarrhea all day. I have no symptoms. We ate all the same food except the broccoli and mushrooms.

Ate there today while I got my car serviced. I got the chicken and string beans and the mushroom chicken.
