I think from a Caramel Late ,from here. My Wife and I,both had one. Within hours we both have stomach cramps and diarrhea(explosive. ) Pain,cramps and mussels sore. It happened on Sunday March 20. 2022  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Nausea, Stomach Pain

Had mussels truffle pasta and mozzarella on 13/2/2022 by the time I got home I was experiencing hot and cold sweats stomach cramps and I vomited three times - my girlfriend also had the same symptoms  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Sweating

Had mussels and their shrimp lobster Alfredo pasta. My husband never had the mussels but I did pour the sauce from.them onto the pasta to make it more flavorful. I didn't eat much pasta but my husband ate most of it. We are both violently ill within 6 hours of eating. I've never puked so much.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
