2 nights ago i ate dominoes pepperoni and bacon pizza and garlic bread sticks at about midnight and i woke up the next morning and puked about 3 times and then an hour or two later i had really bad diarrhea. Still having problems  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Had couple of slices of pepperoni pizza around 7pm. Woke up 2am violently vomiting which lead to diarrhea and severe stomach pains. Can't even keep down water.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Arrived at the location at 1pm on May 20th...bought two large pepperoni pizzas. Started to get sour stomach around 6pm that evening and resolved to vomitting and diarrhea at 3am the next morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

My father-in-law and I both shared a pepperoni pizza and not even 30 minutes later began having diarrhea. The next morning we both have high fevers, extreme body aches and chills, and can't eat any food without having diarrhea immediately afterwards.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Chills, Body Ache
