Picked up a broccoli and cheese baked Potato. It looked old as I got to the bottom. It was about 4 hours later severe diarrhea and vomiting. I was definitely running fever had the chills all night.. I still feel horrible!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

I ate around 1 pm in ikea, it was a salmon with mashed potato. Around 5 pm I started vomiting with watery diarrhea and very bad pain. I went to the hospital and the doctor told me that it's a food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had one roll with butter a house salad with ranch and a 10 oz prime rib with a baked potato. Starting getting stomach cramps 30 min later and have been sick since. I had this happen before but got sick before we even left. Same meal same place. Never go  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
