I ate Taco Bell last night around 9 to 9:30 pm. Chicken quesadilla meal with a hard shell taco. Also cheesy potatoes with sour cream. Woke up the next morning with pure liquid diarrhea and vomit as well. Severe headache too.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache

Had the Steak Quesadilla at 4pm. (only food I ate all day) Within 30 Minutes I had bad gas and by 5pm I had diarrhea and had to take activated charcoal so it wouldn’t get any worse.
