I went to this whole foods at around 1pm. Had garlic broccoli, cilantro lime rice, bbq chicken, boiled eggs, mashed potatoes, mixed green salad.

I got home went to bed. Woke up with terrible stomach ache. Threw up twice, and got diareah. Stomach pain persists. this was my only meal today. 6/14/18  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

had the sashimi salad. it smelled a bit odd but was covered in a lot of dressing and sauce. two hours later i began experiencing horrible cramps and nausea, was up all night going to the bathroom and am still sick with fever approx 16 hrs later!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps

On June 1 at around 5:30 PM I got a grilled chicken southwest salad at the Chino Valley Arizona McDonald’s. I ate half of it. Then at two in the morning I woke up with 101° fever, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea which lasted over 48 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
