Got violently ill with fever. Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Paramedic and doctor from resort came to iv me. Legs felt like jello, very disorientef and weakness the rest of the week. Took 2 weeks after we came back to the good ole USA to finally get better. Ate salad and fruit while in there.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness

I went and ate, right by my hotel and I ordered a shrimp and chicken pasta thing and a salad and now I’m in the bathroom shi*ting pure liquid and cradling a trash can wrapped in the comforter off my bed, I ate at around 7:30-8 and its now 4:57 and im in the bathroom  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea

I was on a flight from JFK to MSY yesterday (June 14th) and had a chicken salad in first class. Within an hour of arriving home I was very ill and had diarrhea all night. Today I have been running a fever, feel extremely weak and have diarrhea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea, Weakness
