Diarrhea/Nausea for 3 days now, Fever for 1 day, Vomiting for 1 evening.

Ordered: Chicken bowl, white rice, both beans, mild and green salsa with sour cream and cheese.

This was the only thing I ate that day and will not be returning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Within 5 hours of eating a beef/chicken burrito bowl, with black beans, rice, corn, mild salsa, lettuce, sour cream and guac I felt deathly ill. The stomach pain was intense followed by nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

My family ate out with some friends. 9 total, 5 of which were children aged 1 to 6. We all got sick. Vomiting, diarrhea, gas, headaches, intense cramping and nausea. Pretty sure it was bad salsa.
