roast beef sandwich I ordered food around 9pm and a few hours later the nausea and diarrhea started. I was the only one who ate there and the only one who got sick. I've had extremely bad gastric upset all day.

I ate there an hour ago. I ate around 10:45 pm. I ate a chicken sandwich with an added pot of spicy garlic mayo. Symptoms started at 12:30am.
