My wife and I split the steak fajitas and guacamole yesterday around 4:00. We both have had cramps, and diarrhea since about 1:00 am this morning. Since it was the only meal we had together yesterday, I’m pretty sure it’s the culprit.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

I knew something was not right. The diarrhea started and I could not stop going to the bathroom for quite some time. I picked up a friend and then drove towards Hondo - I had to use my friends bathroom. I had to stop in Castroville at a store where the diarrhea continued and that is when the projectile vomiting began. I made it to my sister's house in Hondo and then the diarrhea and vomiting started up again. I got 2 steak fajita tacos and when I started eating the, I noticed they were EXTREMELY salty and had a weird taste. I did not eat all day so I continued to eat on. Then i couldn't bare the taste and just ate the fajita. About an hour later, I get extremely nauseous and that's when it started.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
