I had steak salad yesterday around 7:00 pm. I had steak salad bowl with veg corn cheese Ketty’s brown rice black bean and mild and spicy dressing.

I had the backyard Steak salad, usually a good meal. This time I started having severe cramping and diarrhea about 2 hours after eating, followed by chills and fever. It was this pass Monday and I had a steak salad and chips with guacamole. I was fine, but around the middle of the night, I had horrible stomach cramping, and then I was nauseous and threw up. On 11/22/2017 8:45pm I had steak salad and loaded baked potatoe which tasted really bad like something was spoiled so I quit eating it after several bites when I realized it was odd tasting.
