Ate this sub at 8p, woke up at midnight with terrible abdominal pain, after another hour I started to vomit and could not even keep water down. Vomit and nausea continued until 4am in the morning. I'm still in quite a bit of pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a turkey and provolone sub with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, oil/vinegar, jalapeños. Was sick about 10 hours later. Symptoms lasted for a full 24 hours and I was unable to keep even water down.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I bought a meatball Mariana sub in Italian bread With lettuce only and a bottles Gatorade and ingested it around 9:30pm. Around 11:48 the same night I became very nausea followed by vomiting. I vomited 11 time from 11:48pm- 5:14am.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
