Ordered a #13 on white. No cheese, no tomato, add banana peppers. Ate the whole regular sub and bag of chips. About 7 hours later I had nausea that turned into pooping and vomiting all night. Did not consume anything after jersey mikes.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I ordered the footlong tuna sub for lunch at around 12.30pm, it was the only thing I ate all day.
