    Fresh tomatoes could be the source of food poisoning. Tomatoes have been linked to 12 Salmonella outbreaks in the US. A Salmonella infection often occurs 12-72 hours after consumption, and is associated with stomach cramps and diarrhea.  Proper food handling practices, such as washing produce before consumption, are advised.

Premises serves tcs foods: fish, sliced tomatoes, milk etc. Instructed the person in charge they must provide and maintain, post certificate visible to customers. Citation... See More issued.     - comments: observed ice scoop laying on top of ice machine. Instructed the person in charge to store ice scoop in a clean and sanitized container to prevent potential contamination.
